She Reads Everything

I love books. Just staring at my bookshelves gives me a sense of peace. Rather than any specific genre, I love good books. To me a good book is one that at the end leaves me happier and/or smarter.

Ghostwalk - Rebecca Stott Ghostwalk combines the intellectual snobbery of The Secret History with Dark Matter's treatment of Newtonian history, liberally sprinkled with [b:The Turn of the Screw|12948|The Turn of the Screw (Penguin Popular Classics)|Henry James|http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/31rAkcucrQL._SL75_.jpg|990886]-style ghosts. Not a bad read, but the listless, too-naive-for-her-doctorate narator kept me from really engaging with the story.
